Overhaul

Polarteknik’s overhaul services include:

• preventive maintenance activities based on a schedule or a fleet check
• updates on sealings, brushes, slider parts, etc. to the current material standard

From a simple valve refurbishment to the complete overhaul of a complete door system, we have the facilities and skills to support it.

Our production facility supports the refurbishment and repair of a number of rail-specific systems, including door control systems, toilet doors, pneumatic cylinders and wearing mechanical parts.

With larger contracts that need to be fulfilled, we are able to meet faster turnaround times by introducing some of the activities locally in the customer’s country of operation.

Many of our product lines can be overhauled and we carry an inventory of spares. We are therefore able to extend the life cycle of many component parts through cost-effective overhaul and repair.
